Some job applications may require applicants to include a statement addressing the position’s key selection criteria. The selection criteria are the personal qualities, skills, abilities, knowledge and qualifications an employer has identified as necessary to perform a role effectively.

Some recruitment processes will include an aptitude test. Often, aptitude tests can evaluate your literacy and numeracy. They can also test your creativity, problem solving ability, commmunication and other skills. Use practice tests to get familiar with aptitude tests.
