You can view your results in Enrolment Online after your results release date:
  • Log in to Enrolment Online 
  • Select My student record
  • Under Enrolment details select View academic history/results

If your grades aren't in Enrolment Online after the results release date, you can submit an enquiry through the RMIT Connect Portal below.

The grades you're given depend on the type of program you're enrolled in. For more information on grading, please visit the Grades page.

If you think you should have received a different grade from the one you got, you should ask for a review with your course or program coordinator within 5 days of your results being released. Contact them by submitting a request through the RMIT Connect Portal below.

If you have already asked for a review and wish to appeal you can follow the process outlined on the Appeals page.

A weighted average mark (WAM) is only calculated for students enrolled in honours programs. 

In one-year honours programs, all courses are included in the WAM calculation.
In four-year honours programs, only the most advanced, outcome level courses are nominated by the program to be used in the WAM calculation.

It usually takes two weeks from results release until the school marks you as 'complete', but it may take longer during our busiest times. 


Once you've been marked as complete, your digital academic transcript will be available via My eQuals


How do I know when I've been marked as complete

  • Log in to Enrolment Online
  • Click My Student Record
  • Click View Academic History/Results. If your program status shows as 'completed', your digital academic transcript will be available via My eQuals.

Your transcript is an official record of your studies at RMIT, across all program/s. If you are a graduating student you will be issued your statements, automatically and free of charge, once your school has marked you as complete. This usually takes two weeks, it may take longer during our busiest times.


Please wait for your grades to be officially released before ordering a transcript, so that the most recent results are included.


All other students can order and pay for their transcript online

If you are marked as ‘complete’ in your program, a digital copy of your SAC will be available for free via My eQuals within 48 hours after the school has confirmed your completion.

You cannot access a SAC until your program status has been marked 'Complete'. This usually takes two weeks after your final course result release date, but it may take longer during our busiest times. 

To confirm that you have been marked as complete:
  • Log in to Enrolment Online
  • Click My Student Record
  • Click View Academic History/Results
  • Check 'Status'. When your program has been marked as complete, the status will change from 'Active in Program' to 'Completed Program'

To print your unofficial transcript as a current student:

  • Log in to Enrolment Online
  • click My Student Record
  • click View Academic History/Results
  • click View under Action
  • click Printable version at the top of the page.
If you have graduated you will no longer have access to view your results and will need to purchase a statement online.


If you are unable to order your academic statement online, it could be because your details are no longer up to date.


Most of the time, the issue occurs because the details you entered don’t match what’s in our system. Ensure you enter your student number without the 's' in front of the number. Also, make sure to enter your first, middle, and last name, as well as your email, exactly as they were when you were a student at RMIT.


If you are a current student, log in to Enrolment Online and select 'My student record.' Under 'personal details,' update any outdated information and save.


For the best experience when updating your details or ordering your academic statement, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with Google Chrome as the preferred browser.


If you've ordered a digital version of your statements, an email is sent to your personal email confirming the upload and instructions on how to access them. If you can't find the email, make sure you check your spam/junk folder. 

Your academic statements will now be securely stored and available via My eQuals.

Requests for hard copy statements are usually sent out within 2 business days of submitting the online request, but it may take longer during our busiest times.

You won't be able to order the academic statements online without your student number. Get in touch with us to make sure your details are up to date and to get your student number.

You will receive an email from My eQuals after you've ordered your digital academic statements online and need to follow the instructions in this email to login.
Once logged in to My eQuals, you will then be able to share your academic statement with WES by following the steps outlined on their website.

You're ready to graduate when you've:
  • met all academic requirements of your program
  • no missing results or credit transfers
  • no outstanding debts to the University
  • provided your verified USI to RMIT (higher education students only)
  • met all additional requirements as detailed on the Apply to graduate page.
On track? Great! You're ready to apply to graduate.

You can apply to graduate via Enrolment Online

Once logged in:
  • Go to My Student Record > Graduation details > locate the Apply to graduate/Change graduation option towards the bottom of the page.
  • Follow the instructions to select your graduation option and complete your application.
If you don’t apply to graduate, you’ll automatically graduate in absentia at the end of the month that your school confirms you have completed your program (excluding SIM, Vietnam and SUIBE students).

You can choose to graduate at a ceremony or in absentia.

If you want to graduate at the Melbourne Graduation Ceremony, you must apply to graduate
and confirm your attendance by the deadline. For more information on Graduation including application deadlines, please see the Graduation options and ceremonies page.

Please note: Past students who graduated in Melbourne in absentia in the current year will also be invited to attend the Melbourne Graduation Ceremony. Check your personal email address for updates in August/September.

To view and update your contact details and the order of your names to go on your certificate, log in to Enrolment Online then select Update my details.

Check that your personal details are correct, including your personal email address. We'll send all further communications about graduation to your personal* email, not your RMIT student email. 

*If you're studying at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), the email will be sent to your SIM campus email account (xxxxx@mymail.sim.edu.sg)

Once you graduate, RMIT is legally required to deactivate your student email account and cancel your access to RMIT systems and software (including third-party software and apps available to you as an RMIT student). Unless you're continuing your studies at RMIT, you'll lose access to all RMIT systems and software on the day you graduate.

Please save any information you need that's stored in your student email or on RMIT systems to your own personal device or cloud storage before you graduate.
