Demand for places at RMIT is high. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you to accept your offer as soon as possible.
There are three types of offers:
A firm offer means you have met all requirements for your chosen program.
Conditional offers mean you must meet the conditions stated on your letter of offer. Conditions may include forwarding your examination results or achieving an English proficiency test score.
If you receive a conditional offer, you may be allowed to accept your offer. If you do not then meet the conditions you will be given a refund (conditions apply).
Packaged offers require students to successfully complete their first RMIT program or English program before enrolling in their second program.
For example, if you are offered a pathway program for Foundation Studies followed by a diploma or degree program, you must successfully complete the Foundation Studies program before enrolling in subsequent program.
If you have an offer for a coursework program from RMIT University but wish to apply for another coursework program, you can request to change your preference by replying to your offer email.
If your application has been unsuccessful you will receive a letter stating why you have not met the selection criteria.
Where eligible, an alternative pathway will be offered leading to the program of your choice. Alternatively, check other RMIT study options available to you.
