Program completion

Your program completion date is the date that your RMIT School marks you as ‘complete’ in your program on RMIT systems. This can take up to two weeks after your final course result release date.

For example, if your results are released on 11 July, you will be completed in RMIT systems by 25 July.

Academic statements

  • 48 hours after program completion, you will have free access to your certified digital completion transcript, Statement of Academic Completion (SAC) and VE Qualification Statement (VE students only) via My eQuals. These won't show your conferral (graduation) date.
  • 5 days after you graduate you will have free access to all certified digital statements via My eQuals, including your testamur and updated transcript showing your conferral date.

Find out more about how and when you'll get your academic statements.

How do I know when I've been marked as complete?

  • Log in to Enrolment Online.
  • Click 'My Student Record'.
  • Click 'View Academic History/Results'. When your program has been marked as complete, the status will change from 'Active in Program' to 'Completed Program'.
