Course Description
This course will enable you to research, analyse and evaluate computer-aided design in the key areas of communication, management and design relevant to fashion entrepreneurship.
You will investigate and analyse fashion industry relevant computer aided design and multimedia software and apply them to achieve professional business reports and creative presentations. Through research, analysis and determination you will gather information that demonstrates knowledge of copyright in a Global entrepreneurial Fashion and Textile business environment.
You will research and develop portfolios within web based online communication platforms that demonstrates a mastery of digital processes in new technologies relevant to fashion entrepreneurship.
Objectives/Learning Outcomes/Capability Development
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
CLO1: Research and evaluate current and emergent developments in computer aided design (CAD) applications relevant to fashion entrepreneurship.
CLO2: Demonstrate the capability to generate CAD digital projects relevant to a variety of contemporary fashion entrepreneurship visual communication modes in an ethically responsible way.
CLO3: Create, justify and communicate propositions that demonstrate mastery in a variety of CAD interactive digital media applicable to fashion entrepreneurship.
Overview of Learning Activities
This course consists of lectorial blended learning, hybrid mini lecture/tutorial mode Lectorials underpin a student-centred learning philosophy.
As part of the course program you will be engaged in workshops, interactive class activities, group discussions and class presentations.
Your scholarship will focus on specific fashion industry research topics derived from fashion industry, community organisations and or global fashion research opportunities.
Reviewing current literature will enable completion of set tasks. Resources and online materials will be included to facilitate learning.

Overview of Assessment
ou will be assessed on how well you meet the course learning outcomes and on your development against the program learning outcomes.
Assessment tasks are directly aligned with each Course Learning Outcome. They are as follows:
