Course Description
This course will introduce you to the theoretical and applied concepts of biomechanics, kinesiology and motor control relating to learning and performance of movement in everyday lifestyle, recreational and sport tasks. You will explore how movement is developed and examine the mechanics behind human motion and performance, including projectile motion, in sport and exercise.

Overview of Assessment
You will be assessed on how well you meet the course learning outcomes and on your development against the program learning outcomes. Assessment will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of your learning. You will be able to develop your work in relation to your own specific areas of interest in your professional practice.
