Course Description
This course provides a platform for you to envision your role in the future of sustainable innovation. You will synthesise and integrate all the knowledge and capabilities you have acquired through your studies and apply these skills to consider potential future pathways, ideas and concepts. You will reflect on your program experience, evaluate your strengths and employability skills, in order to understand how these can be transferable within an emerging industry. You will develop and present a portfolio of work to demonstrate where you situate yourself within the fashion and textiles industry and or aligned sectors.

Program Learning Outcomes
In this course you will develop the following program learning outcomes:
PLO2: Critically analyse, synthesise and reflect on sustainable innovation in both local and international contexts.
PLO3: Demonstrate creativity, critical thinking and innovation when identifying and solving problems in diverse contexts within the field of fashion and textiles sustainable innovation.
PLO4: Communicate using diverse formats and strategies with audiences within and external to your discipline.
PLO6: Apply initiative and judgment in planning, problem solving and decision making in your practice or future study.
Course Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
CLO 1: Reflect on, evaluate and discuss knowledge you have acquired through your studies, as well as your skills and abilities, recognising their transferability.
CLO 2: Communicate your skills and knowledge through a personalised body of work to a range of audiences within, and external to, the fashion and textiles industry.
CLO 3: Identify and examine niche markets and roles within fashion and textiles industries, related fields and aligned sectors.
Overview of Learning Activities
Your learning will be facilitated via a range of in-class and online activities that will require both individual and collaborative engagement. Class activities will promote your ability to propose, investigate, plan, analyse, and realise sustainable innovative fashion and textiles solutions.

You will be assessed on how well you meet the course learning outcomes and on your development against the program learning outcomes.
Assessment tasks are directly aligned with each Course Learning Outcome. They are as follows:
