Course Description
In this course you will develop the skills and knowledge required to fabricate, assemble and dismantle utilities industry components using fitting and metal fabrication techniques.
The course includes the safe use of hand tools, fixed and portable power tools; cutting, shaping, joining and fixing; using metallic and non-metallic materials; dismantling and assembling equipment; mechanical measurement and marking out; and, reading drawings/diagrams.
