This course is designed for you to explore the skills and knowledge required to implement systems and processes that support the personal and professional development of yourself and others. You will explore how to identify development opportunities, set realistic goals and develop plans to achieve them. You will be encouraged to establish networks to assist you to achieve your goals.

Overview of Assessment
Assessment is ongoing throughout the course and will include a range of practical and theory components. Full assessment briefs will be provided and can be found on Canvas.
This is a Vocational Education and Training qualification and is assessed for Competency. To be assessed as Competent means you have consistently demonstrated the required knowledge and skills at a standard required in the workplace. To be assessed as Competent in this course, you will need to complete each assessment task to a satisfactory standard. You will receive feedback from the teacher at the conclusion of each assessment task.
