Course Description
In this course you will learn the skills and knowledge required to design signal-conditioning sub-systems incorporating digital and analogue elements. You will develop understanding on how to:
- follow a design brief
- apply knowledge of digital and analogue devices
- interpret device specifications
- construct prototypes
- test developed system prototype operation; and
- document design and development work
This course is delivered and assessed with the following:
- UEECD0016 - Document and apply measures to control WHS risks associated with electrotechnology work
- UEERE0013 - Develop strategies to address environmental and sustainability issues in the energy sector; and
- UEEEC0017 - Develop engineering solutions to analogue electronic problems
