Welcome to RMIT's School of Management

At the RMIT School of Management, we carry out applied research on ‘wicked problems’. Our research strengths are in the areas of People, Organisations and Work, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Social Change. We also host the Centre for People, Organisations and Work (CPOW).
