Salesforce is CRM is really important tobusinesses because it brings together data that's usually fragmented across multiple different data silos Salesforce provides us with up to the minute information for all of our decision-making it gives transparency of all the i nformation that's required across allof our business is able to make informed decisions on a daily basis for my organization which is Accenture Salesforce is our own customer relationship management system. Salesforce is really all about putting the customer at the center of your organization businesses need to have a single view of their customer in order to serve them well CRM is about making your organization customer Centric and salesforces in my opinion the best CRM in the market before we had Salesforce, we didn't realize the quality of the data that we actually had but once we were able to use it within the platform, it helped us to highlight areas that needed Improvement.

Salesforce manages to do all this with a whole set of very sophisticated automation tools and technologies which helps you to not only design them but implement them and deploy them out at scale as well.

Businesses are going to find a lot of data challenges in the next five years. Obviously, with the Advent of cyber terrorism cyber security is critical for organizations these days and Salesforce will help them to be aware of what is going on in their organization. One of the major changes happening is actually the changes in customer expectations themselves. Salesforce's platform being very flexible and cloud-based and also bringing data from multiple sources onto the same platform allows businesses tobe very nimble and to be very dynamic in responding to their customer expectations
