Professor Anthony Holland
Research
Research interests include semiconductor materials and devices, thin film technology and microfabrication. Among his current activities in semiconductors are research on electrical contacts for Ge, SiC and InP based hererostructure devices and other materials research into functional oxide thin films and electrical properties of nano-structured (nanowires) layers.

Dr Holland is a senior lecturer in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is a key researcher with the Microelectronics and Materials Technology Centre. Dr Holland is director of the M.Eng programs in microelectronics and electronics and presents courses in semiconductor device fabrication, device physics, reliability and testability in microelectronics and microsystems technology.
