Property Services

Property Services manages the operations, maintenance and development of RMIT's property portfolio on all of its onshore campuses.

Property Services Group is responsible for managing the University's estate. Comprising 109 buildings across RMIT’s Australian campuses in the City, Brunswick, Bundoora, Point Cook and Bendigo, the University’s land holding is 67.3 hectares with a book value of $2B.

PSG also supports our offshore campuses in Vietnam and Barcelona.

Property Services is responsible for:

  • The operation, maintenance and enhancement of all owned buildings;
  • The management of leased premises;
  • The management of construction of new facilities and ensuring provision of associated support services in a sustainable way; and
  • The maintenance and development of the external environment

In order to ensure regulatory compliance, uniformity and equity, Property Services is the only authorised provider of these services to the RMIT community.
