Oreintation Week (O Week) happens the week before classes kick off—it's your chance to dive into uni life, get connected, and feel confident before your first class.

How2RMIT helps new students to get set up and organised for RMIT life. You’ll learn about timetabling, fees and loans, making friends, finding your way around, support services, and much more.
Your program induction is where you’ll learn about your program structure and requirements, meet academic staff and classmates, and more. You’ll be automatically registered, so keep an eye on your RMIT email for your confirmation.
Meet other students, explore your campus, and take part in activities like guided tours, live music, free food, and info stalls from clubs and support services.

All rooms at RMIT are numbered in the following way: Building number. Floor number. Room number. That means, if the location is 080.04.020, it's building 80, level 4, room 20.
At RMIT, a program is the qualification you’re studying (e.g., Bachelor of Business), and a course is a subject within that program (e.g., Marketing Principles).
