IT Service Connect offers support for RMIT students and staff experiencing issues with any RMIT systems, password assistance and help with other IT enquiries. If you are experiencing issues accessing a system, check below for any system outages before contacting IT Service Connect.

IT Service Connect closed from 24 Dec - 2 Jan
IT Service Connect will be closed from 2pm on 24 December 2024 until 2 January 2025. Students and staff can continue to submit enquiries during this time via the ServiceNow portal. The IT Service Connect team will respond to enquiries from Tuesday 2 January 2025 onwards.

RMIT Google Drive (students) We are in the home stretch of our switch from Google to Microsoft 365 products and services. On Friday, 13 September 2024, data remaining in student RMIT Google Drives will be permanently moved into storage. Students should urgently move anything they wish to keep from their RMIT Google Drive to OneDrive or SharePoint before access is lost.
