Upcoming scheduled outages and service interruptions

These are periods in which systems will be unavailable or interrupted to facilitate improvements and upgrades.


Upcoming outage - 5 and 6 April 2025

Multiple systems used by students and staff will be unavailable or minorly impacted between Saturday 5 April 6:00AM to Sunday 6 April 11:45PM AEST, as part of essential SAMS PeopleTool upgrade work (no changes to system functionality or data).

All systems and services will be restored to normal once the work is complete. Overnight file transfers and data feeds will run per normal on Sunday night, so that all systems are ready for use the next morning.
