If you're an international student aged under 18 studying at RMIT in Melbourne, you can use this form to tell RMIT you're taking a holiday or leaving the country during semester break.

Please note, this form will not be approved for holidays during your study period. Check your important dates before submitting this form and confirming your holiday.

Please note that international students under the age of 18 and subject to CAAW (Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare) cannot travel without the permission of RMIT University. Failure to report changes or leave the country without notice will result in the cancellation of the CAAW by RMIT, which may result in a cancellation of student visa by the Department of Home Affairs.
