Under 18 Airport Pickup Request Form  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
  1. This airport pickup request form must be submitted one (1) week from your scheduled arrival date to Melbourne. 
  2. You must have received your Student Visa Grant Letter and booked your flight to Melbourne.
  3. Your airport pickup is arranged when you have received the airport pickup confirmation.
  4. If you have submited a last-minute airport pickup request and did not receive the airport pickup confirmation, please contact ISUnder18 Team for further advice. Email them at isunder18@rmit.edu.au.


Your student ID is 7 digits and starts with 3 or 4. (refer to your offer letter)






Agent's email address must be different from student's email address.


Arrival details 



Example: QF53 or GA20, etc

Example: 15:35 or 19:50, etc




Maximum 2 large suitcases (checked-in luggage) per passenger. Togoto Australia do not accept boxes, sporting equipment (this includes bikes and golf clubs) or musical instrument or equipment in their vehicle.

1 carry-on bag (cabin luggage) and/or 1 backpack per passenger.

Drop-off details









Terms and Conditions: 
  • 2 large suitcases (checked-in luggage) and 1 carry-on (cabin luggage) and/or backpack for each passenger.
  • Togoto Australia do not accept boxes, sporting equipment including bikes, golf clubs, musical instrument and equipment in their vehicle. 
  • Family, relatives and friends can meet with you at the airport but they are not allowed to transfer you from the airport to your accommodation. 
  • The airport pickup confirmation will be sent to your email within three (3) business days . If you did not received, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • Please contact isarrival@rmit.edu.au if you still did not receive the confirmation.
