Restricted Electrical Workers Licence - Class 2 Assessment is a 1 hour 10 minute assessment.
Assessment only: RMIT does not offer REL Class 2 (Disconnect Reconnect) training as a short course.
To be eligible to undertake this assessment, you must have completed one of the following units of competency:

All relevant materials, assessment equipment and examinations are included.
To sit the exam students must bring: a pair of insulated gloves (either 650V or 1,000V rated), a pair of leather rigger gloves and an analogue insulation-continuity tester.
This assessment is suitable for trades such as plumbers, mechanical fitters, refrigeration and air-conditioning mechanics.

Successful students will receive a Statement of Independent Assessment.
ESV Assessment only – does not include training. This course is only recommended for those students have recently completed their Fault Finding competency training or have recently been working in the field.
