Please fill in as much of the following information to assist us in providing you with course (subject) guides.

If preferred, you can scan and upload a student transcript clearly identifying which course guides are required. Archives staff will then scan and email the course information to you.

Details of your request

Please provide as much as possible about the items you'd like to donate such as:
  • A description/list of the items
  • Photographs of the items
  • A summary of the history or significance of the items, such as who owned them and when
  • Any biographical information about the person or group who created the files, particularly regarding their time at RMIT.
  • How many records are there?
  • How were the records arranged and stored? Were they in a filing cabinet, in boxes, on shelves? Are they in a particular order?  
  • What is the condition of the records? ie are they in good condition? Is there any mould, rusting, metal staples/paperclips, or evidence of insects? Are they legible? 
  • Is there anything in the collection that might be under copyright (external to RMIT), or that cannot be shared publicly?
  • The name and contact details of the current legal owner of the items
  • The current location of the items.
