The School of Economics, Finance and Marketing at RMIT has a proud history of providing programs that meet the evolving needs of students and industry.
Our staff deliver programs responsive to the latest industry requirements and are actively engaged in research and consultation to business and government. The development of all our programs and activities is informed by a School Advisory Board made up of prominent alumni and members of the business community who are responsible for ensuring they are relevant to industry requirements.
Our programs incorporate Work Integrated Learning (WIL) which means that our students are work-ready by the time they graduate. This embedded industry perspective places our students ahead of their competitors in the job market, and provides an invaluable opportunity to start developing social and professional networks during their RMIT studies.
We also connect with the community, professional bodies, businesses, research centres, governments and secondary schools in Australia to run projects, provide services, host conferences and provide networking opportunities for business leaders and alumni.
We invite you to explore how we can work together to deliver significant outcomes for you.
Our Industry Advisory Board is crucial in guiding the strategic development of the school of Economics, Finance and Marketing both nationally and internationally. Our board is made up of prominent alumni and members of the business community who offer fresh insights and new perspectives for ensuring the development of all programs and activities are relevant to industry requirements.
For projects related to Economics, Finance or Marketing contact Dr Angel Zhong for a confidential discussion about the possibilities.
