About the business

Location: Victoria - Australia

Smaller Group Classes, just the way you like it. We focus on bringing people together. Shared experiences are the best kind, so we’ve fine-tuned our classes to be just that – the best.
Working out with like-minded people is always so much better. There’s no huff, or macho in our studio. We keep it simple, so you know exactly what to expect.
We organise events each month to keep you chatting and learning about new things, so you can keep on the upward trend to creating ‘healthy’.
