Manu Maduri graduated RMIT with a Bachelor of Business. She went on to found Let’s Eat @ Manu’s with her brother Rohan. They started with their first truck in October of 2021 in Clayton and subsequently opened their second truck in Cranbourne in September 2022. They have currently purchased their third truck for catering and events.
