James Kruss graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Engineering (Software Systems Engineering) with Honours 1st Class in 2001. He has been involved in both the private and public sector, small and large businesses, and multiple startups. James founded RAPID BI in 2020 as COVID restrictions took hold. He is passionate about helping businesses gain value from their data.
