General event information

Location
The RMIT Study Expo will be held at the RMIT City Campus in central Melbourne. All campus tours and check-ins begin at Building 22, also known as the green slime building, where the Study@RMIT team will be located.

Transport and parking
Parking at the City Campus is extremely limited and is at the attendee’s own risk. RMIT encourages the use of public transport or sustainable travel alternatives. Further information about accessing the campus can be found on the Sustainable Transport page.

Campus tours
Guided campus tours will run for approximately 30 minutes, offering a broad overview of RMIT’s key facilities, learning spaces, and student support services. While some faculties may be included, course-specific facilities may not be part of the tour. Self-guided tour options will also be available for those who prefer to explore independently.

Registration and guests
All attendees, including family members or guests, must be registered in advance to attend the Study Expo. This helps ensure a smooth experience and allows us to manage numbers effectively across sessions.

Event participation and services
Throughout the event, attendees will have access to a range of services and support, including one-on-one consultations with RMIT staff and career counsellors, on-the-spot application assistance, resume health checks, and a professional photo station for updating LinkedIn profiles. Student ambassadors will also be available to share their experiences and insights into life at RMIT.

Application support
For those ready to apply, application assistance will be available on the day. Staff will provide step-by-step guidance to help attendees complete their applications during the event.

Suitability for all stages of study planning
The Study Expo is designed to support individuals at any stage of their study journey. Whether you're actively applying or just beginning to explore your options, the event offers valuable information and experiences to help guide your decision-making.

Event cancellation and future dates
If you are no longer able to attend, we ask that you cancel your registration in advance to open the opportunity to others. Additional Study Expo dates and tours will be scheduled throughout the year for those unable to attend this session.
