Discovery – We start by meeting with your key internal stakeholders to workshop your current challenges and desired future state skills. We use this to understand parameters around learning format, duration, timing and success measures. 

Co-design – We stand up a project team comprising our expert RMIT learning and assessment designers, subject matter experts selected from our Industry Partners, and your key stakeholders to design and build your custom skill experience

Delivery and evaluation – Our Customer Success team works closely with your sponsors to ensure your workforce navigates our experience successfully and maximises the outcomes sought. We can report on cohort outcomes and pre- and post-learning skills shift to help you prove the value of your investment.
