Dr. Robert Shen

Director, RACE (AWS Cloud Supercomputing Hub)

Research professional with over 15 years’ experience in higher education, data and astronomy industries. He received his PhD from the School of Information Technology, University of Sydney in 2006. Robert has been working as Director of RMIT AWS Cloud Supercomputing Hub since January 2022.

RMIT AWS Cloud Application Specialist

AWS Cloud Application Specialist at RACE. Dale has a research background in computational chemistry and HPC computing. He has a 1st class Honours in chemistry and is currently completing his PhD in applied chemistry.

Patrick Taylor

RMIT AWS Cloud Application Specialist

AWS Cloud Application Specialist and a final year PhD candidate at RMIT. Patrick specialises in high powered computing (HPC), computational chemistry and nanotechnology.
