Clubs and societies access request form

Request access to club email address, your club web page, or on campus spaces.

Please complete this form for all club leaders who need access to the following:

  • Your club email account (eg. cricket.club@rmit.edu.au).
  • Your club webpage.
  • On-campus spaces.

Any current club members with access not listed on this form will have their access removed. 

Note for non-RMIT students: Club email accounts and physical spaces are only for those people who have an RMIT account. The Clubs and Societies Program Coordinator can request contingent worker status so you will be able to access if required.

Please list all current RMIT students / staff who require access to the official RMIT club email. Please list full name & student number.

Any non staff and students will need to contact Jack to be set up as contingent workers.

Please list all Club Leaders who require admin access to your club web page. Please ensure it is the same email address that users sign in with.

Please list name, student number and location for all RMIT students / staff who need access.
Rooms that require swipe card access include, but are not limited to; Creative Space, Building 8 Activity Rooms, Outdoors Club Gear room and the new Multifaith and Wellbeing Centre.
As with email access, non staff and students will need to contact Jack to be set up as contingent workers.
