To apply for a transfer or refund of your IELTS test booking with RMIT UP (AU056), please complete the below Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer From.

Terms and Conditions

Key Points:
  • Transfers and Cancellations made more than 5 days before the test will not incur a fee.
  • Transfers and Cancellations made 5 days or less before the test date may incur an administrative fee of 25% of the full test fee.
  • Transfers are not permitted between test takers or test centres.
  • Full fee is payable for non-attendance.
  • Test takers who miss their test will only receive a 75% refund or test date transfer if they can demonstrate that their ability to sit the test has been affected by serious illness or a serious cause. Test takers must complete this form and provide appropriate documentation and/or evidence no later than 5 business days after the test date. Acceptable documentation may include a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner or a police report.
