RMIT UP (AU056)

Use the below form to request an additional copy of your Test Report Form (TRF) for an IELTS test completed with RMIT UP (AU056). Requests can be made at any times within two years of sitting the IELTS test.

Requests can be made for the following reasons:
  • You have lost or damaged your Test Report Form. 
  • You require a copy of your Test Report From to be sent to a recognising organisation, such as a university, embassy or industry association. Please note that these requested copies will be sent directly to the recognising organisation on your behalf.
  • You did not receive your Test Report Form.
  • You have accessed your eTRF, but still require a physical copy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to print Test Report Forms that are more than two years old. However, we can provide you with your TRF number. 

If you require more recent evidence of English language proficiency, we recommend that you book an IELTS test.


Please provide the details of the recognising organisation which you would like your results sent to. Please note that your results must be sent directly to the organisation.









Please allow approximately five business days for your Test Report Form to arrive by post.

VISA PURPOSES:
If you require your TRF for VISA purposes, you only need to provide your TRF number to the Department of Home Affairs. You can find your TRF number by checking your online results here (for IELTS on Paper results) or your IELTS account (for IELTS on Computer results). If you would like assistance with finding your TRF number, please contact us at rmit.up.language.testing@rmit.edu.au.

If it has been more that 5 business days since the IELTS results release date and you have still not received your TRF, please confirm your postal address below:





Lost or Damaged TRF
Test Takers will only ever receive ONE personal copy of their Test Report Form. If you have lost or damaged your TRF, you may be provided with up to an additional two TRFs within two years of your test date.

Please read the following information:
  • Test Report Forms (TRFs) can be collected on request from the Test Centre on Franklin Street, rather than being posted to your address.
  • Collection is only available from 9:00am - 4:00pm on Monday - Friday.
  • You will be notified via email when your TRF is ready to be collected, please wait for this notification before coming to the Test Centre.
  • You must show your original passport when collecting your TRF. Photos will not be accepted. If you do not bring your passport with you, we cannot provide you with your TRF.
  • If you require someone else to collect your test report form for you, you must contact our staff at rmit.up.language.testing@rmit.edu.au to arrange this ahead of time.
