Gary Chen

Director - connect@pacholm.com.au

Gary Chen joined the building industry after completing his Diploma of Building and Construction at RMIT, realising there was always a shortage of skilled staff in his projects.
To make projects run on time, Gary set out to hire skilled staff for the developer. Through word-of-mouth, other developers started utilising his services.
Culminating in the establishment of Pacholm Australia, Recruitment Agency & Labour Hire.
Pacholm now employs in Construction, Logistics, Warehousing & Finance.
