Carly Marriner

Director - carly@changeeffect.com.au

Carly Marriner graduated RMIT with a Master of Applied Science (Innovation and Service Management) and has over 20 years of change management experience in government, health, and large organisations. Carly started her business ChangeEffect because she has seen what happens when change is done badly - people walk out and don’t come back, poorly designed solutions, and delays and issues that undermine outcomes. Carly has also seen what good change looks like, and the benefits of implementing change well – for people, customers and the bottom line.
