EOIs are now open for the 2025 First Site Gallery exhibition program

Are you an RMIT student with a creative project you'd like to share?

We are now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for our 2025 exhibition program at First Site, RMIT's dedicated student gallery. This space provides a platform for emerging artists to experiment, take risks, and publicly present their work—often for the first time. Exhibiting at First Site offers students a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant creative community and build new connections, while expanding their artistic practice.

If you have an exhibition or creative concept you would like to bring to life in a gallery setting, we invite you to submit your EOI for our 2025 program. We strongly encourage applications from culturally diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, LGBTQIA+ practitioners, and individuals with lived experiences of disability.

Applications close on Sunday, 27 October, at 11:59 PM.

Find out more about the opportunity, the space and the eligibility criteria in our 2025 Exhibitor Kit (PDF 7.7 MB).

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at galleries@rmit.edu.au.

To apply, please fill out the EOI form (PDF 156 KB), and send it to us as galleries@rmit.edu.au.
