Troubleshooting EndNote libraries

We will try to help you, but please be aware that Library staff are not trained in advanced troubleshooting of EndNote libraries or Word documents. If we can't help you, here are some places where you can find answers to your questions:

  • EndNote Support: Chat with an EndNote expert, submit an online enquiry, e-mail the support team, access learning and training materials, and consult various articles that provide answers to common questions.
  • EndNote Community is a place where EndNote users post questions to an issue to which other users provide answers.
