Runner-up in our annual Business and Human Rights Blog Competition, Justin Jos writes about grievance mechanisms for providing remedy to corporate human rights abuse victims

The objective of the competition was to encourage thoughtful writing by the ‘next generation’ on issues related to the business community’s responsibilities to respect human rights.
