Academic transcripts and statements

Find out about the different types of academic statements available at RMIT, how to order and access them, plus verifying and authenticating qualifications.

Graduating? How and when to get your statements.

  • If you have submitted all assessments, you need to wait until your School marks you as 'complete' in RMIT systems before you can access any completion statements. We are unable to provide completion letters or documents beforehand.
  • 48 hours after being marked ‘complete’ by your School you will get free access to your certified digital completion transcript, Statement of Academic Completion (SAC) and VE Qualification Statement (VE students only) via My eQuals. These won't show your conferral (graduation) date.
  • 5 days after you graduate you will have free access to all certified digital statements via My eQuals, including your testamur and updated transcript showing your conferral date.
  • Ordering hardcopy statements? Wait until you have graduated, otherwise your statements won't show your conferral/graduation date.
