Personal training for international students

International students are invited to join these four week small group personal training introductory sessions.

These small group personal training sessions (max. group of 6) will be run by a fully qualified and experienced male trainer. Strength training and exercise provides a vast array of physical and mental health benefits, and will give you the confidence, experience, and knowledge to exercise in a gym environment. 

Brought to you by RMIT Active and sponsored by Medibank.

1:15pm - 2pm*

  • Wednesday 14th August
  • Wednesday 21st August
  • Wednesday 28th August
  • Wednesday 4th September

*This is an additional timeslot - If you previously registered for the 2:00pm - 2:45pm session, this class is still running as normal.

RMIT Active Hub gym, City Campus, Building 8, Level 3, Room 23

$20 ($5 per session)
