Three Minute Thesis – College of Design and Social Context

Come see College of Design and Social Context HDR students present their research in three minutes, using only a single slide and their spoken word. Can they captivate your attention and leave you understanding their PhD research?

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition cultivates HDR candidate's academic, presentation, and research communication skills. Presenting in a 3MT competition increases their capacity to effectively explain their research in three minutes, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.  Everyone is welcome!

Candidates have three minutes, a single slide and their spoken word to engage and convince the judges and audience of the research.
