RUSU x RMIT Active Women's Strength Training Introduction Program

This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment.

These small group classes will be run by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer.

Strength training provides a vast array of physical and mental health benefits, and will give you the confidence, experience, and knowledge to exercise in a gym environment. 

Free beverage from Flying Turtle at the end of the program!

Time: 11am - 11:45am

Location: RMIT Sports Centre, Bundoora campus (Group Fitness Room), Building 203, Level 3, Room 19

Please meet at reception for the first session.

Cost: $20 ($5 per session)

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Water bottle
