Discover your direction with the EY Career Compass Program.

How can undiscovered opportunities help you discover your best self? During our structured learning sessions, you'll learn how to evaluate your career options to make smarter decisions for your future.

The Career Compass Program is designed to give you a first-hand experience of EY, so you can find out as much about us as possible about EY people, culture, how EY teams operate and provide services, and most importantly, how we can help you to build your future.

Demonstrate that you're a high achiever, and you may be invited to interview for the EY Vacationer Program.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Career Compass Program, you are required to be:

  • On track to complete your studies in 2026
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident

Details

  • Date: Tuesday 24th September
  • Time: 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • Location: EY Melbourne Office

Please note that photos and videos will be taken throughout this program and these may include your image.  Such photos and videos may be uploaded to EY web pages (internal and external) including Facebook and Instagram. By attending the Career Compass Program, you consent to EY's use of your image on such sites.
