Building a 10-year domestic and family violence workforce development strategy for NSW

Leveraging on our expertise in workforce development in the domestic and family violence sector, WIDI is now working closely with NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) to draft a 10-year workforce development strategy that is informed by the existing literature, the policy context, and practice environment in NSW.

We are providing DCJ with a range of services including:

  • Planning and Advice
  • Research and Analysis
  • Strategic Development
