Project Inter_ECODAL

The purpose of this project is to involve students of different disciplines, languages and cultures, in feedback practices to increase their degree of autonomy and self-regulation in the development of their plurilingual discourse competence.

Description

The Project Inter_ECODAL (2021–2025) aims to answer three questions:

  1. how can students be helped to benefit from the feedback received in the assessment of different discourse genres;
  2. how do digital tools contribute to the development of that skill? And therefore,
  3. how can students be made literate in the feedback for learning?

The final purpose of this project is to involve students of different disciplines, languages and cultures, in feedback practices to increase their degree of autonomy and self-regulation in the development of their plurilingual discourse competence. This response to the social challenges of digitalisation in education and the promotion of critical, participatory and reflective citizenship.

The information found in the project is detailed with fortnightly presentations and updated publications from the group starting the 2021 European academic year Fall Semester. It best represents the groups' engagement and research outputs.

The key output is the creation of an interactive online tool, including AI, to facilitate feedback processes for academic writing.
