Responding to the industry need to address consumer vulnerability in the future fuels transition, this stakeholder-engaged scoping study will provide a basic understanding of the preconditions that shape current and future gas-related vulnerability, explore possible opportunities for mitigation and identify knowledge gaps. This knowledge may guide future research, support customer engagement and innovation adoption and facilitate social and political acceptance of the new fuels and technologies.
