This project involved more development of the Green Loans’ Home Sustainability Assessment (HSA) tool for use as Residential Mandatory Disclosure (RMD) tool

SBi Lab researchers were involved in the development of the two versions of the tool: Alpha version (December 2009) and Beta version (June 2011). The Beta level prototype tool was developed for use in a RMD onsite trial and for the purpose of building a software program.
