Feeling stressed? Join a meditation session guided by RMIT's Buddhist Chaplain. No prior experience needed - everyone is welcome!

Breathe in peace, breathe out stress. 

Hosted by RMIT Buddhist Chaplain Victoria Wilson, these meditation sessions are a safe and inclusive space to cultivate compassion and share stress reduction techniques. 

No prior experience needed and no need to register – just come along!
