RMIT Health iOS Hackathon – Apply by 28 April

Are you a final-year STEM student who wants to gain industry connections and put your skills to the test? Expressions of interest are now open for the first RMIT Health iOS Hackathon.

About the Hackathon

In this exciting two-day industry event, final-year STEM students will collaborate in small teams to design an app that tackles a real-world health challenge. 

Throughout the Hackathon, students will be mentored by industry partners, including Bilue iOS software experts, clinicians from Northern Health, and other tech professionals. 

Date and time: Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 July, 9am – 5pm each day 

Location: RMIT Bundoora campus 

Eligibility: This event is open to final-year STEM College students from all disciplines

The Hackathon is a great opportunity to: 

  • Work in interdisciplinary teams – an essential skill in today’s workplace 
  • Gain mentorship from industry experts 
  • Develop digital solutions for real-world health challenges 
  • Expand your industry network and career opportunities 
  • Add an eye-catching experience to your CV / LinkedIn profile   
  • School of Engineering students can claim this activity as part of their EPP module   

Submit an EOI

If you are interested, fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form by Monday 28 April.  

Please note, submitting an EOI does not guarantee selection.
