To apply for RMIT Foundation Studies use RMIT's online application service.

To apply for an English language course use RMIT's online application service.

Vocational study, also known as TAFE, includes:

  • Certificates
  • Diplomas (excluding the Diploma of Commerce, see Undergraduate courses below)
  • Advanced Diplomas.

To apply for a vocational qualification use RMIT's online application service.

If you are applying for an undergraduate qualification including:

The application method will depend on the completion date of one of the below qualifications:

  • an international student ​currently ​completing ​an​ Australian Year 12 ​in Australia; or
  • an International Baccalaureate ​(​in Australia or New Zealand).

Apply via VTAC

If you complete before 13 January 2025, you must apply via the Apply via the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC).

Apply direct to RMIT

If you complete on or after 13 January 2025, you must apply using RMIT's online application service.
