About

Dr David Fan is a Professor of Management in the School of Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. 

Prior to his migration to Australia, David worked as a financial accountant in an international real estate group. David completed his PhD in International Management at Monash University (Clayton Campus) in 2010, including one-year full-time doctoral-level methodology training at the Australian National University in 2006.

David is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Human Resource Management (ABDC: A; 2019-); Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources (ABDC: B; 2017-); and serves on the Editorial Review Boards of Human Relations (ABDC: A*; 2023-), Management and Organization Review (ABDC: A; 2017-), Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABDC: A; 2017-), and the Advisory Board of COMPASSS (2015-).
