About

Sandy is a Marketing lecturer at RMIT University. She is the course coordinator of postgraduate (http://www1.rmit.edu.au/courses/009000?_gl=1*v4uktz*_gcl_au*MTk0OTI5MTE5OC4xNzEzMDkzMzI4) MKTG 1112 Services Marketing, a course that leverages on educational partnerships and collaborations with other organisations to bring an authentic learning experience and a sense of realism to the classroom, with a focus on solving current real-world service problems. In her teaching, Sandy promotes active discussion and critical thinking to achieve practical learning outcomes. She is also the WIL (work integrated learning) coordinator for the School.

Research interests-
Sandy is focused on understanding, measuring and managing the success factors of mobile service technologies that relate to improving the well-being of various stakeholders such as consumers, employees and communities. Second, she also investigates the psychological and environmental factors that represent triggers or barriers to individuals who strive to change their current health habits. Overall, Sandy seeks to understand how society can offer services that can transform consumers’ lives. Sandy regularly collaborates with industry partners to generate and share knowledge for the betterment of society.
